Information We Collect

When you book a session, submit an inquiry, or sign up for updates, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share through those forms. Payment for a Foundation Session is processed securely through Calendly and its payment provider, and membership payments for the Circle are processed through Patreon. We do not directly store payment details.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to respond to you, schedule sessions, and send the updates you have signed up for. It is shared with trusted providers only as necessary to run the business: systeme.io for contact management and email, Resend for email delivery, Calendly for scheduling, and Patreon for membership. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Health Information

We do not knowingly collect health-related or medical information. Please avoid including sensitive health details in forms or messages sent through this site.

Your Rights & Retention

You can ask to access or delete your data, or unsubscribe from updates, at any time by reaching out through the Inquiries page. Transaction records are retained for seven years for tax and legal purposes. Inquiry and signup data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you, or until you ask to be removed.

Informational Purposes Only

All content, digital products, and sessions offered by Rose Rune are for educational and informational purposes only.

No Professional-Client Relationship

The Five Domains System and Foundation Sessions are not therapy, medical treatment, mental health care, or clinical diagnosis. Participation does not create a therapist-client, medical, or fiduciary relationship.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. Rose Rune does not guarantee any specific result and is not liable for your interpretation or application of the information provided.

Scope of Service

Sessions are a structured, one-to-one conversation. They do not replace licensed mental health support.

Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. If Rose Rune must cancel a session, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session fee.

All Sales Final

Because digital products are delivered with immediate access and are downloadable, all purchases are non-refundable.

Individual License

Purchase grants a single, non-transferable license for personal use only. All intellectual property remains with Rose Rune. Copying, sharing, selling, or distributing the material is not permitted.

The Circle is hosted and billed through Patreon and is subject to Patreon’s own terms in addition to these. Membership is voluntary and recurring, and can be paused or cancelled at any time directly through Patreon.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington.

Limitation of Liability

Rose Rune is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services. The services are provided “as-is,” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full force.

Force Majeure

Rose Rune is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, or technical outages.

Children’s Policy

Services are directed to individuals at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
