Support the Work
The Circle
The free videos are slowing down on purpose. This is where the work actually continues, and where your support keeps it independent, unhurried, and mine to make well instead of fast.
This isn't a tip jar. It's what makes the writing and the sessions possible as real, sustainable work, not a side project I fit in around everything else. Pick the level that matches how closely you want to stay connected to what comes next.
Letters
$7/month
The written thread, for people who want to keep reading the thinking even at a smaller scale.
- One written piece per month
- Early access before anything goes to Substack or public
Companion
$22/month
The closest thing to what the channel used to be, made for fewer people instead of everyone.
- Everything in Letters
- One monthly video
- Reflections on topics members suggest
Inner Circle
$60/month
For people who want direct back-and-forth, not just to receive the work.
- Everything in Companion
- One monthly live Q&A / group conversation (recorded for members who can't attend live)
- Named as a founding supporter, if you'd like
The Inner Circle Q&A is a group conversation, not 1:1 support, and questions submitted in advance get priority. For individual, focused work, see the Foundation Session page instead.
Why Not Just YouTube
What this is that the channel cannot be
The channel is still running, and it is still the front door. But a public video carries constraints that have nothing to do with the work itself. This is what changes once those constraints are gone.
Made for you, not for the algorithm
On the channel: A video has to work for a stranger who has never heard of me, which means starting from zero every time.
In the Circle: I can assume you already know the framework and pick up where the last piece left off, so nothing gets re-explained.
Nothing softened for advertisers
On the channel: Some of the most useful material is exactly what a public platform quietly discourages.
In the Circle: No ad-safety filter and no thumbnail to win, so the difficult parts stay in.
A conversation, not a comment section
On the channel: Comments are one directional and the useful ones get buried within a day.
In the Circle: Members shape what gets covered, and the Inner Circle Q&A is live back-and-forth with follow-ups.
Published when it is ready
On the channel: Publishing cadence is set by what the algorithm rewards, not by when the thinking is finished.
In the Circle: Your support is what makes an unhurried pace possible, so pieces go out finished instead of on schedule.
